Since 2019 I've been leading multi-day courses and bootcamps, coaching individuals one-on-one, and facilitating team workshops.

I started working in Esports at the start of 2022, kicking-off as the performance coach for KVM Esports' Tier 3 Rainbow Six Siege team.

Pete has helped both me and the team improve and grow in numerous ways. He has helped us get closer as a team and create a healthy team bond, where productivity is equally as important as having fun.
